Drew Coverdale
CHARTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST
MSc BSc MCSP MMACPDrew is a physiotherapist and author of The Pain Habit, with over 28 years of clinical experience working with musculoskeletal and persistent pain conditions.
He works with patients both in clinic and online, supporting people with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems as well as those experiencing longer-standing or complex pain. His approach brings together physical assessment, understanding of the nervous system, and careful attention to the personal context in which pain develops.
Through clinical practice and writing, Drew helps patients understand pain not only as a physical experience but as a learned pattern shaped by the nervous system, beliefs, and life experience.

Callum Dack
CHARTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST
MSc BSc MCSPCallum has over 6 years of experience working in physical health, graduating from Teesside University with a BSc in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation in 2020 and completing his MSc (Pre-Registration) in Physiotherapy in 2023. Since then, he has worked across various specialties including Musculoskeletal, Orthopedics, Elderly Care, and Amputee Rehabilitation.
In his own time, Callum is a keen runner and swimmer, with a particular interest in lower-limb and running-related injuries. He continues to develop his skills and knowledge through regular training and his work in the NHS, which he does alongside his work at Norton Physiotherapy.

John Willet
PODIATRIST
BSc (Hons)John Willet graduated in 2000 and is a podiatrist with over ten years of experience as a senior clinician in the NHS. He works as an ESP (Extended Scope Practitioner) Specialist Podiatrist in Biomechanics and is currently working as a clinical lead in biomechanics and gait analysis.
He works alongside other medical professionals, including Consultants, GPs, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals. In addition, he liaises closely with other healthcare and medical professionals regarding foot health matters and patient care.

Sharon Young
PODIATRIST
BSc (Hons)Sharon qualified with a degree in podiatric medicine in 2002. She is a member of the Health and Care Professionals Council.
After working in North and South Tees Podiatry for over 21 years, in the multidisciplinary team alongside consultants, surgeons, specialist nurses and podiatry colleagues, she left the NHS to work in the private sector.

Kerry Jordan
PODIATRIST BSc (Hons)Kerry has over 25 years of experience in the field of podiatry. After a career in the NHS, she now works part-time in private practice and has offered her care voluntarily to a local homeless charity.
She has a particular interest in diabetic foot care, is vastly experienced in this specialism and is a valued member of our team.

Olivia Mounter
PODIATRIST BSc (Hons)
Olivia graduated from Teesside University and is currently completing her Advanced Clinical Practitioner Master's, which will end in 2023. Olivia is currently a Senior Podiatrist in the NHS, has a bubbly and caring personality, and goes above and beyond to ensure the best patient care.
Olivia has over ten years of experience working alongside frail and neurological patients in the care sector. Olivia operates under a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, consultants and advanced practitioners, helping improve patient care.

Gary Hinchley
SPORTS THERAPIST
(FA Dip.)Gary has over 25 years of clinical experience in private practice, treating a broad range of joint and soft tissue injuries.
He was one of the first graduates of the FA Diploma in the Treatment and Management of Sports Injuries and held the position of Hartlepool Football Club Sports Therapist for six seasons.
As a former professional footballer, he understands the importance of delivering quality rehabilitation and has gained an excellent reputation through his work with professional and amateur sportsmen and women.

Angela Richings
CHARTERED PHYSIOTHERAPISTAngela has over 25 years of experience mainly within the NHS. She is a women’s health specialist having completed the women’s health post grad course at Bradford University.
Angela lectures on women’s health issues to midwives and physio students at Teesside University, and she is also a mum of 4 herself.
